WALK-INS/ LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS 5-14 guests

Chapman’s is primarily a walk-in restaurant with multiple areas of seating throughout our building. We do have several large tables to accommodate larger groups - and we accept reservations for groups   5-14 by calling 910-246-0497 before 11:00 am or after 2 pm. Reserved parties of more than six guests gratuity is added and one check for payment is provided. We do not split checks.

WAITLIST

During prime dining hours, weekends and holidays guests may experience wait times before seating.  When guests enter the hostess area during these busy times, guest names and cell numbers (for text alerts) will be collected and added to the wait list system.  We will provide an estimated wait time.  Once guests are added to the list, the guest will receive a text message showing they are in the system and again when the table is ready for guests to be seated.  We kindly ask guests to return promptly to the hostess desk once alerted table is ready. However, guests do have the ability to reply to the text "OTW" (on the way) or cancel if needed.  

JOIN THE WAITLIST FROM HOME

Through Chapmans Google Business listing- (WAITLIST) or through the waitlist access above, guests may check to see if we are on a wait-ANYTIME - from home, work, any where! When the restaurant is experiencing a wait -the estimated wait time will be indicated.  Guests may add themselves directly to the list as if they arrived at the hostess desk in person. Guests have the ability to see their place in the waiting que and can arrive at their convenience a few minutes prior to the quoted time.  

NEW!!!! LIMITED DINING RESERVATIONS 2- 4 guests

We are happy to announce - we now offer a limited number of advance reservations - ONLY through Chapmans Google Business listing (RESERVATIONS)—or through the link provided below.

Generally four to six tables will be offered at select times -  Sunday brunch hours and Sunday through Thursday early - mid evening dining times. Guests will be able to reserve a table up to 4 guests themselves through the Reservation listing on the Chapmans Google Business page or the link below. Table or specific dining room requests are not possible.

We are happy to offer this NEW enhancement for guests managing work schedules, theater plans, mobility concerns or other time-sensitive need offering convenient, stress-free option to obtain seating with us.  

PROMPT ARRIVALS & RETURNS

Please arrive with your complete party a few minutes before your reservation or within minutes of the waitlist call back. Tables will be held for 10 minutes. Late arrivals or changes in party size may delay seating or result in cancellation.
